2. Creator Video Rights & Asset Transfer

All video and photographic assets produced under paid client campaigns transfer 30-day commercial usage rights to the client brand upon deliverable verification and escrow approval.

3. Data Security & Payment Information

Payment settlement records and bank details are processed with standard SSL encryption and retained solely for accounting and invoice generation.
